Our Terms of Service are the legal rules that define your relationship with our website and our services. Please make sure you understand your rights and responsibilities before purchasing any of our products. If you have any questions about our Terms of Service, you can contact us at

  1. Agreement. This is your Agreement with Rob Hamilton, founder of the "Anything Goes" School of Metaphysics, the website and all products contained in the website. By using the website and/or purchasing any products offered therein, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and any changes we may make from time to time.

  2. Anti-Piracy. All materials appearing throughout, other than public domain material and electronic messages, are the copyrighted property of Robert Hamilton or of those credited as providers. These materials are provided strictly for your noncommercial home use, and except as expressly permitted in this Agreement may not be copied, redistributed or used in any way, in whole or part, without the prior written consent of Robert Hamilton. With your purchase you are agreeing that you will not share, sell, redistribute, copy, plagiarise, or otherwise infringe upon the copyright of this material.

  3. Refunds. Our refund policy is in line with that of our supplier.  Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.  If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please notify us by emailing and providing pictures of any damage or defects.  We do not provide refunds for buyer's remorse.

  4. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or the shipment is unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  5. Anything Goes metaphysics is offered “As-Is.” The Anything Goes method is a set of ideas proposed by its creator, Robert Hamilton. They are an honest reflection of the author’s personal views.  But they not to be considered as legal or professional advice. You should evaluate each idea on its own merits and decide for yourself whether to accept or reject it. These ideas are presented for your consideration, for personal well-being purposes only. Our commitment to you is to share with you the knowledge and attitudes that have helped the author to gain a more satisfying understanding of the world around us. But we cannot guarantee that you will necessarily accept our conclusions or attach the same value to our approach.

  6. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Rob Hamilton's "Anything Goes" School of Metaphysics, its providers and its employees against any losses arising out of any claim which (if proved true) would constitute a breach of any of your representations and warranties above.

  7. Changes. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to periodic review and change. In order to view the current Terms and Conditions, simply check this section of the website. If we materially change our Terms and Conditions, we will also email users who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes. By continuing to use our website and our products after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
